This site has no user accounts, no order forms and no newsletter. Personal data is processed in three situations only:

When you write to me. If you use the e-mail address published on the site, I process your e-mail address and whatever you put in the message, for the purpose of replying and, where relevant, agreeing on cooperation.

When you consent to analytics. With your consent the site loads Google Analytics 4 (property G-03BB295XR3), which processes a pseudonymous identifier, truncated IP address, approximate location, device and browser information, pages visited and the source you arrived from. IP anonymisation is applied by Google Analytics 4 by default. The data is used only in aggregate, to see which content is worth keeping.

When the site is served. The hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, time, requested file, user agent) for operation and security. Loading the page also contacts Google Fonts for the typefaces, the jsDelivr CDN for the 3D background library and aivisibilitycheck.sk for the badge in the footer; these services receive your IP address because that is how any web request works.

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for analytics cookies. You can withdraw it at any time through the cookie settings, with no effect on processing that happened before.

Pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) for answering your e-mail and for the secure operation of the site.

E-mail correspondence is kept for as long as the matter is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, typically up to three years. Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics 4 settings, at most 14 months. Server logs are kept short-term by the hosting provider.

Personal data is not sold and not used for automated decision-making or profiling that would have legal effects on you. It is processed by the services the site technically depends on: Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics, Google Fonts), CookieYes Ltd. (consent management), the jsDelivr CDN, aivisibilitycheck.sk (the footer badge, operated by the same company) and the hosting provider. Some of these may transfer data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Necessary cookies keep the site working and are set without consent — this includes the record of your own cookie choice (CookieYes) and, in your browser's local storage, your light or dark theme preference. Nothing in local storage leaves your device.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4: _ga, _ga_*) are only set after you agree. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie banner, or by deleting the cookies in your browser settings.

Under the GDPR you have the right of access to your data, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
